The Trainer: Scott is a CanFitPro certified personal fitness specialist, with experience leading 100’s of group and one-on-one fitness classes and sessions. His personal fitness background as a high performance track & field athlete and competitiveness in many other disciplines, his recreational love of and commitment to cycling, paddling, daily strength training, and more, and his professional background as a top level administrator and event organizer provide him with a unique set of skills to effectively design and bring clients through personal fitness plans and group classes.
The Studio: Scott works primarily out of a well equipped home studio on a 2nd floor with lots of natural light overlooking a scenic park in Wolseley, separate from the rest of the home, stocked with plenty of free weights, exercise and medicine balls, kettlebells, bands, benches, TRX suspension trainer, Cyclops bike trainer with power meter, sparing bag, and much more.
The Cost: With not much overhead fees are low. Cost for individual sessions is $45, $40 or $35 for 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week with a $5 discount applied after 12 sessions. Partners and Group rates are also available on request.
